AI Product Engineer
Hi there! 👋🏻
We’re Tooploox 💎, part of Solvd Inc.
We create AI-powered products and services that make a real difference. Our team of nearly 200 specialists - including a 40+ person R&D team with many PhDs - has pioneered AI solutions across industries from healthcare to e-commerce. We’ve published research in top-tier venues like NeurIPS and ICML, while delivering real-world applications that help our clients innovate and scale.
Why we are hiring:
We're building an AI Client Innovation team that turns what's newly possible in AI into opportunities and real solutions for clients, fast.
The gap we're closing: AI capabilities are evolving weekly, but most clients can't adopt them at that pace. We stay at the forefront, translate new capabilities into practical patterns, and ship increments clients can actually use and build on.
You'll be one of the core builders on this team. You'll take ambiguous client problems, shape them into buildable scopes, and ship end-to-end increments in days. You'll work across multiple projects, use coding agents as part of your daily workflow, and own the quality of what you deliver.
This is a hands-on role. You'll spend most of your time building, not meeting.
What you will do:
Own end-to-end increments from scope through build, demo, and handoff.
Work across the stack. Frontend, backend, LLM integrations, whatever the problem needs.
Use coding agents and agentic engineering workflows to move fast.
Partner with Pre-sales, GTM, and product discovery teams to understand client problems and constraints.
Make scope tradeoffs that balance speed with learning.
Spot patterns across projects and flag opportunities for reuse.
Contribute to tooling and workflows that help the team ship faster over time.
Document what you build so it can be handed off or extended.
Experience and skills you need to join us:
Strong full-stack engineering ability. You've shipped end-to-end solutions independently, not just contributed to pieces.
Fluency with coding agents and LLM tooling. Daily use of coding agents, experience with multi-agent orchestration, context engineering, and LLM APIs. You know where they accelerate work and where they don't.
Curiosity and creativity. Side projects, experimentation, connecting dots others miss, staying current with a space that changes weekly.
Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders. You can frame problems, explain tradeoffs, and keep clients aligned without jargon.
Problem discovery instincts. You know how to ask the right questions, identify problems worth solving, and push back when a client's assumed solution isn't the real answer.
Client-facing confidence. You can run demos, navigate feedback, and hold your own in client conversations.
Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and context switching. You thrive with tigh timeboxes, imperfect information, and multiple projects in flight. You can shift gears between different client problems without losing momentum.
Product and UX sensibility. You build things that are coherent and usable, not just technically correct.
It would be great if you also have:
Familiarity with enterprise constraints: identity/permissions, secure data handling, integrations.
