We’re looking for a QA Engineer who ensures quality from day one. You have experience in manual and/or automated testing – or are eager to grow in test automation. If you’re passionate about AI and data-driven quality, we’d love to meet you!

What you will do:

• Work closely with the development team and other stakeholders to ensure product quality at every stage of the software development process.
  
• Act as the sole QA within assigned projects, taking full ownership of quality strategy, planning, and execution.
  
• Write, review, and maintain clear, reusable test cases covering different application functionalities.
  
• Conduct both manual and potentially automated testing, analyze results, and report defects in a structured and insightful manner.
  
• Prioritize testing activities based on business goals, technical requirements, and the project’s current lifecycle stage.
  
• Create and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date test documentation to ensure transparency and traceability of the QA process.
  
  

Experience and skills you need to join us:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing (manual or automation).
• Strong ownership and self-reliance in daily work - a versatile and adaptive professional comfortable wearing multiple QA hats.
• Hands-on experience testing both web and mobile applications.
• Excellent communication skills and being comfortable in direct contact with the client to build strong, professional relationships.
• Ability to proactively propose improvements and act as a bridge between developers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Interest in exploring how AI/ML can transform traditional testing practices, including visual verification, predictive defect analysis, and automated data generation.
• Experience in API testing.
• Experience working on pre-MVP or early-stage projects, with an understanding of the shift-left testing approach.
• Fluency in Polish and English, both spoken and written.

It would be great if you also have:

• Experience with at least one end-to-end test automation framework (such as Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or Maestro), regardless of the domain - web or mobile.
• Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (TypeScript or Python preferred).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to enhance testing workflows; interest in prompt engineering or AI-assisted evaluation processes.
• Previous experience working with startups or fast-paced, evolving environments.
