We are looking for an energetic and organized individual for the position of Junior Office Manager who will ensure the smooth functioning of our office and create a positive atmosphere within it. What you will do
- Ensuring the aesthetics and functionality of the office: ongoing maintenance of order, attention to detail, and introducing minor improvements.
- Handling shipments: preparing and sending all types of shipments.
- Managing office supplies: taking care of current stock, ordering deliveries.
- Office technical support: resolving minor technical issues related to the office's operation. Independently performing minor repairs and initiating and coordinating repairs requiring specialists.
- Commissioning and supervising external services: cooperation with service companies and service providers.
- Preparing office spaces for internal events.
- Monitoring the technical condition of office equipment: regularly checking the correct operation of equipment and responding to any problems.
- Supporting the organization of company trips and integration meetings and outings.
Experience and skills you need to join us:
- Availability and willingness to work on-site in the office (preferred hours 09:00 - 17:00, with the possibility of flexible adjustment in agreement with the team).
- Proactiveness: initiative in action, regular monitoring of the office's condition, identifying needs, and independently taking actions for repair or improvement purposes.
- Ability to effectively manage working time.
- Readiness to support the organization of events and internal initiatives.
- Willingness to work flexible hours: depending on the needs related to the organization of company events and in emergency situations.
- Communicative knowledge of English: enabling fluent communication with clients.
- Computer skills: including the Google Workspace suite (or similar office tools).
- Multitasking: the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to prioritize tasks: effectively determining the importance and order of tasks to be performed.
- Communicativeness: the ability to clearly and effectively convey information.
- Conscientiousness: accuracy and responsibility in performing assigned tasks.
